Rear CVD replacement for Slash 4x4

Aftermarket stainless steel replacement joint for 1/10 scale RC applications, made to serve the rear CVD drive shaft connection. Supplied as a 3 pcs set and intended as a direct replacement for the matching part.

Compatibility notes: this joint is produced to replace the joint end for part #SSLA1277RHA and is not guaranteed to fit other drives or chassis without confirmation. Verify fitment on your rear driveline before installation.

Materials and use: stainless steel construction gives improved strength and better resistance to corrosion compared with basic alloy replacements, helping the joint resist wear during off-road and street bashing. Use this part when a robust rear drive connection is required for repair or modest tuning.

Fitting advice: the part replaces the end section of the rear CVD shaft; standard rear driveline disassembly is required to remove the old component and refit the new unit. Use correct thread engagement and light torque on the small fasteners to avoid stripping, and confirm alignment and free rotation after assembly.

Included items in package and counts as supplied by source: joint - 1 pcs, hex - 1 pcs, 3x3 screw shaft - 1 pcs, supplied as a 3 pcs set.

This item is compatible with

  • TRAXXAS Slash 4X4
  • TRAXXAS SLASH 4X4 LOW CG
  • TRAXXAS F-150 SVT Raptor
  • TRAXXAS Slash PRO Short Course
This part is made to replace the joint end for part #SSLA1277RHA only; other Slash rear CVD variations may require different dimensions, so check the shaft end and spline match before buying.
Stainless steel typically offers higher corrosion resistance and greater tensile strength than common alloys, which helps the joint stay serviceable longer in wet or salty conditions.
Use appropriate small hex tools, tighten screws with controlled torque, and confirm the CVD rotates freely with no binding once refitted.
