S-2205 Series Replacement Shaft

This replacement shaft is a direct-fit spare for S-2205 series outrunner motors sold under the Scorpion product line. It is intended to remedy worn or damaged shafts that create excessive runout or poor pinion engagement, restoring straightness and basic mechanical alignment inside the motor assembly.

Intended role: fit this 3mm shaft when performing brushless motor servicing or after bearing and pinion gear work. Swapping a worn shaft can reduce vibration and improve repeatability during tuning, although final results depend on correct bearing seating and gear mesh.

Installation notes: carefully disassemble the motor can and rotor, keep any shims and orientation marks, slide the rotor off the old shaft, fit the replacement shaft and reassemble in the original order. Inspect the shaft bearings and pinion gear for wear while the motor is open and correct any endplay before sealing the can.
