13-fin head cooler for Savage X

The HSA-027/RE 13-fin engine heatsink is built for Savage X engine heads and focuses on improved thermal control without modifying internal engine components. It is intended as an aftermarket cooling upgrade to aid consistent running temperatures.

The multi-fin profile increases exposed surface area so the head sheds heat more efficiently during long sessions or when tuning. This heatsink is designed to take the place of stock head fins while maintaining the same mounting geometry.

Installation is simple on common Savage X setups: align the heatsink to the engine head and secure using the engine's existing fasteners. Before finishing installation check clearance around the body, air filter and nearby moving parts to make sure the fins do not interfere.

From a tuning perspective, a different heatsink changes how quickly the head cools between runs, which can affect needle settings and recommended run lengths. Monitor head temperatures under normal use and adjust tuning only after verification.
