Rigid Lower A Arm for R12 and GT Models

This hard lower A arm is an RC-scale replacement designed for Yokomo R12 and GT series models where reduced arm flex is desired. Compared with standard lower arms, the harder resin construction reduces unwanted movement at the arm pivot during lateral loads, helping the chassis hold its intended geometry through cornering.

Fitment is straightforward for users familiar with basic suspension swaps: remove the stock lower arm, compare hinge pin and ball stud positions, transfer any required hardware, and fit the hard arm in the same orientation as the original. After installation, verify travel and steering geometry and recheck clearances before running.

From a setup perspective, fitting a stiffer lower A arm tightens overall link compliance, sharpening turn-in and improving predictability on high-traction circuits; expect more load to be passed to other suspension parts and adjust springs or anti-roll settings as you test.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The part is made to match R12/GT series geometry so it lines up with the usual hinge pin and ball stud positions on the listed chassis. Always check hardware alignment and transfer any required spacers or pins during fitment.
Expect a firmer response through turn-in and reduced lateral arm deflection on grippy surfaces. Because compliance shifts, you may need to soften other links or alter damping to retain overall balance.
