Enhanced front brake pads for PROMOTO-MX

This RC-scale front brake pad set fits LOSI PROMOTO-MX motorcycle kits and RTRs and uses a metallic compound combining copper, bronze and iron to boost heat conduction and resist wear. It is intended as a hobby-grade direct replacement and a tuning option to change initial bite and brake fade during practice or race sessions.

Installation on standard PROMOTO-MX brake assemblies is simple: remove the wheel and caliper, swap the pads, then reinstall the spring and caliper with the original fasteners. After fitting, inspect pad clearance and lever feel, and perform several light braking cycles to properly seat the pad surface to the rotor for predictable performance.

Packing includes

  • Front brake pad - 2pcs
  • Special spring - 1pc

Yes. They are made to replace the stock front pads on the listed PROMOTO-MX models using the original mount points and spring hardware.
No special rotor or caliper is required; these pads are compatible with the stock PROMOTO-MX brake assembly. Always check clearance and lever travel after installation.
Perform several controlled, low-speed braking runs to seat the pad material onto the rotor surface. Avoid heavy braking until the pads have bedded in for consistent bite.
