This Arrowmax AM-MTX-T2707 thrust bearing stopper is an aftermarket RC-scale part made for Mugen MTX-5 drivetrains, formed from spring steel to retain axial thrust bearings while you set up or service the gearbox. The retainer holds bearings in position to preserve alignment when gear lash or bearing preload is altered.

Fitting usually requires brief gearbox or differential disassembly to access the bearing seat, sliding the stopper into place, and reassembling with the original fasteners. Standard hobby hex drivers and basic hand tools are all that are needed.
