The Arrowmax AM-MRX5-H2201E is an aftermarket belt pulley made for the Mugen MRX5 chassis, CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium and treated with a hard coating to resist wear while keeping mass low. Its 28-tooth profile is matched to MRX5 belt runs and the precision machining helps maintain concentricity for smoother belt tracking during circuit use.

Side cutouts in the pulley body assist in expelling debris created by belt friction, reducing buildup that can upset belt alignment. As a lightweight alloy hop-up, this pulley is intended to provide repeatable belt engagement and longer service life compared with standard stamped components.

Installation notes: ensure the pulley seats flush on the target shaft and set belt tension to the MRX5 recommended values to avoid premature wear. Periodic inspection of the pulley bore and side openings for trapped grit will help maintain consistent operation.
