Aluminum motor mount assembly for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-02 (MM)

This motor mount assembly is built for the Kyosho Mini-Z MR-02 (MM) chassis and is supplied under part code KZ-01/BU/WO. The design combines a machined aluminum motor bracket with an attached graphite plate to raise local stiffness and keep the motor seated without changing the original gearbox position.

On-track the mount gives a firm anchor for the motor, helping to preserve pinion and spur alignment when you adjust gear mesh or try minor tuning setups. The graphite plate reduces flex at the attachment point so alignment stays more consistent under the loads typical of 1:27 to 1:28 Mini-Z running.

Installation notes: this part is made for the MR-02 (MM) layout and uses the chassis' existing motor mount area and screw locations. It behaves as a drop-in replacement in most builds, but always check motor mesh and clearance after fitting before powering the model.
