Replacement camber block for Mini-Z MR-01

The KM-018 is a replacement camber steering block designed for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-01 scale cars. It offers selectable camber offsets of 1, 2 and 3 deg so you can alter front wheel inclination without changing other suspension parts, giving a precise method to tune handling balance on tight track layouts.

Compatibility is with the Mini-Z MR-01 chassis; fit the block in place of the original steering block following normal disassembly. The unit shifts the effective camber at the hub, so you will notice changes in cornering bite and steering feel as you move between settings.

Installation notes: remove front hubs and steering knuckles as required on your MR-01, transfer bearings or pins into the replacement block, and secure using the original fasteners. After fitting, check steering geometry and ensure there is no binding throughout suspension travel and full steering sweep.

Tuning role: use the KM-018 to adjust camber for improved grip on carpet or layout surfaces and to fine-tune turn-in without altering shock or spring rates. Small camber changes have a strong effect on Mini-Z handling, so make incremental adjustments and test on the track.

Yes, the KM-018 is made to replace the stock steering block on Mini-Z MR-01 cars; re-use your existing pins and fasteners and transfer any bearings as needed.
Run a set number of laps or a fixed course with each setting, note differences in turn-in and mid-corner grip, and change settings in small steps to find the best balance.
No additional hardware is normally required; use the MR-01 hub hardware and ensure bearings and pins are installed correctly during assembly.
