These BBS-style alloy rims are a scale upgrade made for the KYOSHO Mini-Z AWD platform by GPM, model MZA009F/R/+2.5. Supplied as a single front/rear pair for MR-03 AWD applications, they feature a 2.5mm offset and an 8.5mm rim width in a 10-piece construction that keeps the wheel profile low for a snug wheel-to-body fit.

The wheels are CNC-machined from aluminium to resist deformation during tyre mounting and to help maintain consistent track geometry. On Mini-Z AWD cars the 2.5mm offset pushes the tyre outwards versus some stock rims, allowing stance and clearance adjustments without changing suspension components.

Installation is simple for anyone used to Mini-Z wheel work: remove the stock hex, move the tyre and foam over or fit a compatible Mini-Z tyre, then refit with your original hex hardware. No specialist tools are needed, but check thread engagement and balance the wheel to prevent vibration at higher speed.

Tuning role: these rims are aimed at tuning stance, track width and visual scale while preserving AWD driveline geometry on MR-03 AWD variants. They suit on-road setups where a wider, lower-profile rim improves tyre contact patch and sidewall support for steadier cornering.
