Aluminium rear knuckle mount for Mini-Z AWD

This alloy rear knuckle arm holder is an aftermarket replacement designed for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD platforms and carries part number MZA031R/0. It serves as the mounting point for the rear knuckle assembly on RC Mini-Z AWD models.

Fitting an alloy holder gives a firmer mounting surface than standard plastic components, helping maintain rear axle alignment and delivering more consistent geometry when you adjust suspension settings. The alloy construction increases stiffness compared with stock molded parts.

Installation involves basic rear-end disassembly of the Mini-Z AWD to access the knuckle arm mount, reuse of original fasteners where suitable, and careful attention to screw torque to protect thread engagement and alignment. This item is intended for hobby use on compatible Mini-Z AWD models only.

Check your MR-03 variant and mounting points against the part drawing before fitting; most MR-03 AWD layouts accept this holder but confirm clearances first.
In many cases the stock fasteners are reused; inspect screw length and thread engagement and consider using a light threadlocker for metal-to-metal joints if needed.
Expect improved repeatability in rear geometry and a slightly firmer feel under load, which helps when dialling in setup changes or running on consistent surfaces.
