Limited edition Tamiya 95183 Hyper-Dash Motor PRO - Japan Cup 2026

This limited-edition double-shaft Hyper-Dash Motor PRO is presented with special Japan Cup 2026 labeling and packaging. The unit is tuned to offer a balance of RPM and torque across a variety of course layouts, aimed at experienced Mini 4WD builders and collectors who maintain or replace motors on PRO-series chassis.

The motor uses silver-carbon mixed brushes designed to improve electrical contact and extend service life compared with standard brush types. The commemorative finish pairs a black-and-gold label with a red end bell for clear visual identification when installed.

Compatibility is restricted to Mini 4WD PRO cars. The unit is supplied as a spare motor; required pinion gears are sold separately. Detailed electrical and mechanical parameters are listed below for reference.

Motor type: Double-shaft Hyper-Dash Motor PRO

Input voltage: 2.4-3.0 V

Torque at recommended load: 1.4-1.9 mN-m

RPM: 17,200-21,200 rpm

Current consumption: 1.6-3.0 A

Compatibility: Mini 4WD PRO cars only

Recommended pinion: 8T (sold separately)

Brush material: Silver-carbon mixed brushes

The commemorative labeling and the silver-carbon brush construction make this motor suitable both as a service replacement for PRO-series racers and as a boxed collectible for enthusiasts tracking Japan Cup releases.

The motor is specified for Mini 4WD PRO cars only. Before fitting to other series, confirm the motor mount dimensions and pinion interface to avoid fitment issues.
The recommended pinion is an 8T gear sold separately. When installing, check gear mesh and clearance to prevent premature wear.
Note the input voltage range of 2.4 to 3.0 V and the current draw between 1.6 and 3.0 A. Use these numbers to match your power supply and final drive ratio.
Silver-carbon mixed brushes improve conductivity and can offer better wear resistance compared with standard carbon brushes, which can yield more stable contact under varied loads.
The black-and-gold label and red end bell are presented as commemorative details. The motor can be kept sealed for display or used as a direct replacement in PRO-series cars.
