M2.0x5mm Cap Screw — Low-Profile Head (8 pcs)

These M2.0x5mm cap screws from Yokomo are compact hex-socket fasteners designed for general radio-controlled model use. Supplied as an 8-piece set, the reduced head profile helps clear tight chassis areas and crowded electronics bays.

Compatibility is broad: the screws work well for servo mounts, electronics brackets, body post fixings and linkage clamps where M2 hardware is standard. Always compare thread pitch and length with the original hardware before assuming fitment.

Installation notes: use an appropriately sized M2 hex driver and apply steady, controlled torque to avoid rounding the socket or damaging threads. When fastening into plastic bosses, use minimal thread locker and avoid over-tightening close to thin plastic sections.

Tuning and maintenance role: keep a dedicated set of these small cap screws in your tool kit to simplify routine repairs and precise reassembly during setup changes. They help preserve alignment in steering linkages and suspension mounting points.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Use a precision M2 hex driver that fills the socket without play; this prevents cam-out and keeps the head from rounding during tightening.
Apply light, steady torque just until the part seats. Excessive force can crack bosses; consider a medium-strength removable thread locker for joints that see vibration.
They can substitute where M2x5mm, small-head screws were used, but always verify head diameter and thread pitch against the originals before swapping.
