Machined parts built for repeatable performance

Each XLP2 component is CNC machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum to provide a strong yet light construction. A hardening step increases wear resistance so parts remain consistent lap after lap.

Low-profile assembly details

The kit includes low-profile aluminum upper and lower nuts with sealing O-rings and an upper composite ball joint to minimise overall height. The compact shock shaft, adjustable nut, spring retainer, and pivot balls are all sized to keep shock height at the minimum for a tidy chassis layout.

High-precision piston options

The set supplies moulded 4-hole pistons in 1.1mm and 1.2mm sizes, produced for true roundness and stiffness to provide predictable damping across a range of track conditions.

Piston bore and hole count affect oil flow and damping feel; the supplied 4-hole 1.1mm and 1.2mm pistons give clear, predictable differences to tune with oil viscosity.
