Adjustable travel limiter for Promoto-MX shocks

This RC-scale travel limiter is made for LOSI Promoto-MX motorcycles and uses 7075 aluminum for a strong but light spacer. The part reduces maximum suspension travel to help prevent bottoming and make handling more consistent during aggressive riding and transit.

The spacer ships pre-assembled with the supplied mounting screw and is intended for use on model shock assemblies only. Fitment uses the stock shock mounting points and only basic hand tools are required; apply a medium-strength threadlocker to the supplied fastener to reduce loosening from vibration.

How will this affect handling?

By limiting peak compression the spacer reduces bottoming and gives a firmer, more predictable feel under heavy landings or hard braking.

Do I need to modify the shock to fit it?

No modifications are needed; the spacer uses the stock shock mounting points and installs with the included 2.5x10 cap head screw.

Is threadlocker required?

Yes, we recommend a small amount of medium-strength threadlocker on the supplied fastener to prevent loosening under vibration.
