Precision 95/7075 center shaft for LAZER ZX7.5

This LA407 aluminum center shaft is a scale replacement engineered specifically for the LAZER ZX7.5 drivetrain. Machined from 95/7075 grade aluminum, the part helps preserve straightness and reduce deflection under normal 1/10 touring car loads.

Fit and compatibility focus on the LAZER ZX7.5 platform; always confirm hole alignment and bearing inner diameters against your chassis before final assembly. The center shaft locates the center gear train, transfers torque between gearbox sections, and influences driveline backlash and runout.

Installation notes: inspect adjacent bearings and gear faces for wear prior to fitting, replace damaged 走珠軸承 if required, and make sure the shaft seats fully without binding. Use appropriate thread locking on fasteners where threads pass through rotating elements, and avoid over-tightening screws to prevent bearing preload.

Tuning role: a stiffer, precision-machined center shaft can reduce undesirable flex and deliver more consistent behavior under acceleration and braking, aiding in differential and suspension setup. Expect modest, tangible improvements in drivetrain feel rather than large jumps in lap times.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is produced for the LAZER ZX7.5 platform, but you should confirm hole alignment and bearing inner diameters on your chassis before completing the installation.
95/7075 aluminum offers greater stiffness and wear resistance than softer alloys; nevertheless, check bearings and gear interfaces regularly and replace worn parts as part of normal service intervals.
Standard hand tools such as hex drivers and a flat reference surface for runout checks are sufficient; no specialized machining equipment is required for a standard replacement.
