Rear carbon shock stay for LAZER ZX7.5 chassis

This carbon rear shock stay is made for the LAZER ZX7.5 platform and replaces the stock rear shock tower to reduce flex and stabilise rear suspension behaviour. The Kyosho LA418 acts as a stiffening member across the shock mounts and affects roll stiffness and transient response without changing internal shock components.

Compatibility and role: the component fits the LAZER ZX7.5 rear shock mounting pattern and is intended for 1/10 on-road tuning when a firmer rear bulkhead is required to sharpen turn-in or reduce progressive rear compliance. It is supplied as an accessory part for model-scale use only.

Installation notes: remove the existing rear shock stay, transfer shocks and hardware to the new carbon stay using the original mounting points, and tighten hardware to the vehicle maker's recommended torque. Check clearance for shock shafts and any nearby servo or wiring, and confirm left-right symmetry before final tightening.

Tuning guidance: fitting a stiffer rear shock stay typically cuts chassis flex under load, producing crisper rear response and less squat during acceleration. Expect handling changes that may require modest adjustments to shock oil viscosity, spring rate, or anti-roll bar settings to rebalance rotation and grip.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This part is produced for the LAZER ZX7.5 rear shock mounting pattern; verify that your chassis uses the same rear tower layout before fitting.
No additional hardware is normally needed. Reuse the stock shocks and mounting screws unless those fasteners are worn or damaged.
You should notice reduced rear flex and quicker response; you may need to soften shock damping or tweak swaybar settings to retain neutral balance.
