Front shock stay for LAZER ZX7.5 installations

This carbon front shock stay is an RC-scale replacement part designed for the LAZER ZX7.5 platform. It acts as a rigid mounting plate for the front shocks, intended to stabilise the top end of the front suspension and provide a clearer layout for setting spring rates and shock positions.

Produced from a carbon fiber plate, the component offers a lightweight, rigid alternative to common plastic towers. In everyday setup work it reduces unwanted flex around the shock tower, helping the front suspension behave more predictably during cornering and weight transfer on 1/10 scale electric cars.

Installation uses standard hobby tools and simple disassembly of the front shock tower area; keep the original mounting screws and check shock alignment and upper mount positions before final tightening. This part is aimed at model-level tuning and setup sessions rather than altering primary suspension geometry.

Compatibility

Compatible with LAZER ZX7.5 chassis patterns as noted by the product designation, suitable for 1/10 electric touring or buggy variants that match the same front tower bolt pattern.

Choose this stay when you want firmer front-end mounting to reduce tower flex and improve repeatable shock performance during setup and practice runs.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the existing front tower, transfer the original mounting hardware, position the carbon stay over the shock mounts, then secure and verify shock alignment before fully tightening. Standard metric hex drivers are normally all that is required.
No special hardware is required; reuse the original screws and any factory spacers. Confirm clearances and recheck threads as you assemble.
The stay increases tower rigidity but is not intended to modify shock angles. After installation verify travel and ride height to ensure geometry remains correct.
Fit it during tuning sessions when you need consistent tower stiffness for repeatable shock tuning, or when replacing a cracked or flexing plastic stay.
