Stiff aluminum steering plate for ZX7.5

The Kyosho LA425 aluminum steering plate is an RC-scale replacement part made for the LAZER ZX7.5 steering assembly. Machined from aluminum and finished for long life, the plate replaces the stock material where a firmer metal steering interface is preferred.

This plate is intended to mate with the ZX7.5 steering components and supports steering geometry adjustments. Installation requires removing the original plate and steering linkage, keeping the existing mounting points, and refitting the new unit; basic hand tools such as hex drivers are usually enough. No changes to the servo, ESC, or motor are necessary.

On the setup side the LA425 gives a more rigid mounting plane for the bellcrank and related linkages, so toe and caster changes behave more consistently on the chassis. It is a useful upgrade for hobbyists chasing repeatable steering response across varied track surfaces.

Choose this plate when you want a durable metal steering interface for LAZER ZX7.5 installations and a simple chassis-level tuning upgrade.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The LA425 is produced to match the LAZER ZX7.5 steering pattern; confirm your chassis code is ZX7.5 before fitting to ensure correct alignment.
Remove the steering linkage, unbolt the original plate, keep the factory mounting locations, and secure the LA425 in the same positions. Standard hex drivers and a small set of pliers cover the job.
The plate uses the ZX7.5 mounting pattern and typically accepts the stock hardware; inspect your existing screws for fit and reuse them if they match. Servo specifications do not change.
Expect a firmer steering pivot that helps steering geometry adjustments hold their settings better, improving consistency when refining toe and steering response.
