Rear aluminium upper plate for LaTrax SST

This aluminium rear upper plate is a 1:18-scale replacement part made for TRAXXAS LaTrax vehicles and listed as SST013A. It functions as the rear upper mounting plate on the LaTrax SST chassis, replacing the stock plastic piece with a metal option to give firmer mounting points for suspension links and body posts.

Fitment and role: the plate installs at the rear upper mount location on the LaTrax SST using the original chassis mounting holes and hardware. As a metal component it increases stiffness in the rear mounting area and can change how the suspension and shock tower behave when you tune ride height or link geometry.

Installation notes: basic hand tools such as hex drivers are sufficient to fit this plate; remove the original rear upper plate and reuse chassis fasteners where practical. After installation check suspension link alignment and body post positions, and tighten fasteners to the chassis manufacturer's torque guidance. This is an RC model accessory for hobby use only.
