Front lower titanium pivot for KYOSHO V One series

This front lower suspension pin is a scale replacement intended for the KYOSHO V One RRR, V One SIII and V One RRR Evo 64 chassis, produced as model V3R-035B. Machined from titanium, the pin serves as the lower pivot in the front suspension and offers a corrosion-resistant, longer-lasting alternative to standard steel pins.

The pin locates the lower suspension arm to the upright or hub carrier. It is typically fitted when worn pins introduce play that degrades steering precision. Installation is a model-level procedure following normal chassis service steps and does not require vehicle workshop equipment.

Installation notes: remove front uprights and lower arms per your chassis routine, press out the worn lower pin, fit the titanium pin with correct orientation, and resecure the original retaining hardware. Check suspension travel and wheel alignment on the bench before running. A light, dust-resistant lubricant on mating surfaces can ease assembly without attracting debris.

Tuning role: swapping to a titanium lower pin can cut pivot movement under load and give more consistent steering feel in cornering and braking for 1:10 touring car setups. Use this replacement as part of a full suspension check that includes bushings, bearings and arm geometry.

The pin is made for the KYOSHO V One RRR, V One SIII and V One RRR Evo 64 platforms; visually compare length and diameter with your current pin before final installation to confirm fitment.
Standard RC workshop tools such as a pin punch or small arbor press and the hex driver for your suspension retainers are sufficient for removal and fitting.
Keep mating surfaces free of grit, inspect during routine service for signs of wear, and apply a light, dust-repellent lubricant if needed to preserve smooth motion.
