This V3R-0822 22-tooth hardened aluminium second gear is made for Kyosho V One RRR and V One RRR Evo 1/10 touring car gearboxes. It serves as a replacement second gear manufactured from a harder aluminium alloy to help resist tooth wear compared with standard soft alloy options.

Installation follows normal gearbox service practice: remove the gearbox cover, withdraw the worn second gear and any bearings as required, then press the replacement gear onto the shaft or into the carrier using suitable presses or bearing drivers. After fitting, check gear mesh and axial play, verify bearing condition, and run in at low power before returning to full running.
