Delrin motor pinions tailored for Kyosho bike kits

This 2 piece set contains Delrin motor pinions in 13T and 14T sizes intended as replacement pinions for small electric Kyosho motorcycle kits. The Delrin construction reduces friction and produces a quieter gear mesh under light loads compared with some harder plastics.

Use the DKM135 pinions when you want to alter pinion tooth count for incremental ratio changes or to replace worn plastic pinions. Delrin balances dimensional stability with reasonable wear resistance for typical hobby motor RPMs, letting you test small gearing steps without swapping the spur.

Installation notes: follow your chassis procedure to remove the motor, slide the chosen Delrin pinion onto the motor shaft using the original retention method, set correct mesh and axial position, then check free rotation before finishing assembly. Inspect the shaft and fasteners for wear and confirm secure fit, then perform a low speed run to verify mesh and clearance.
