Aluminium front shock upgrade components

This RC-scale front shock component kit is made for KYOSHO Motor Cycle models and uses aluminium parts to refresh worn front shock pieces while preserving stock geometry (KM018/ACC).

The set targets front suspension internals that influence damping and strength. These aluminium pieces act as direct-fit replacements where original plastic parts have fatigued or when a tougher mounting surface is needed for regular track use.

Fitting involves stripping the fork bodies and basic RC maintenance tools; no specialist press is required. On reassembly, check fastener torque and confirm smooth travel. These items give a firmer mounting point to aid tuning, though spring rates and shock oil remain the main variables.

For upkeep, degrease mating faces and inspect for wear before reassembly. Apply thread-lock to metal fasteners when needed and cycle the forks to set preload and confirm free movement.
