Delrin ridge rims tuned for tight circuits

This front and rear ridge rim set is made for KYOSHO Mini-Z AWD platforms and supplied as model DMZA601F/R+1.5. The wheels are formed from Delrin and carry a 1.5mm offset with an 8.5mm tread width, intended as a direct wheel upgrade for Mini-Z AWD cars.

On the track these Delrin rims allow precise steering feedback and predictable bead seating for thin-profile tyres. Delrin offers stable dimensions and low friction at the tyre bead, which helps when you are running narrow tyres or trimming steering on indoor layouts.

Fitting follows standard Mini-Z AWD hub practice: remove the original rim, fit the Delrin rim onto your wheel hex or adaptor used with the MR-03 AWD family, then secure with your usual retention method. Always check tyre seating and clearance when mixing offsets and widths, and rebalance wheels after mounting tyres.

Tuning note: the 1.5mm offset alters track width slightly compared with stock wheels and can influence turn-in and lateral grip. Use these rims when adjusting front/rear balance and tyre pairing during setup work.
