KYOSHO MINI-Z 4X4 38mm Aluminum Front and Rear Dampers MZJ338/2 by GPM  [MZJ338/2]

This MZJ338/2 damper set is a scale RC upgrade made for KYOSHO MINI-Z 4X4 chassis fitted with SUZUKI JIMNY bodies. The kit supplies four 38mm dampers machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, intended as metal-bodied replacements for front or rear damper mounts and offering adjustable spring action.

The dampers reduce friction and absorb impacts to help stabilise the small-scale chassis. Each unit uses the supplied springs: the silver spring maintains the original wire diameter while the black springs are included as stiffer replacements to change spring rate. Tuning is handled via the top spring retainer so preload and apparent stiffness can be altered without opening the damper.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone used to Mini-Z maintenance: remove the stock damper assembly, fit the aluminium damper into the original mount, fit the springs and secure with the supplied round head screws. This set is a drop-in hop-up for compatible MINI-Z 4X4 SUZUKI JIMNY models and is intended solely for RC use.
