Graphite front damper mount

This front damper plate is made for Kyosho Mini Inferno platforms and listed as GMIF028. It is a graphite replacement intended for the front damper mounting area and is supplied with the mounting screws specified in the original listing. The component is shaped to mate with the stock front suspension tower and the standard shock eyelet hardware used on Mini Inferno and Mini Inferno 09 chassis.

Functionally the plate works as a direct spare for worn or broken damper mounts and as a simple tuning option when a firmer, lighter mounting surface is desired. Graphite trades slight added stiffness for reduced mass versus many injection-moulded plastics, so swapping this plate can produce subtle front-end response differences without changing the core suspension geometry.

Installation is straightforward for anyone experienced with 1/10-scale Mini Inferno servicing: remove the existing front damper plate, transfer or fit the supplied screws, align the plate with the shock tower and shock eyelets, then tighten. Use the correct hex driver to avoid stripping fasteners and check thread engagement as you reassemble. No special tools beyond common RC hand tools are required.

This plate is made to fit the front damper mounting on Kyosho Mini Inferno and Mini Inferno 09 chassis. Check your shock tower geometry before installing to confirm fit.
Graphite gives a stiffer mounting surface and weighs less than many plastics, so expect crisper front feedback and slightly quicker response during small suspension inputs, useful for basic tuning.
No special tools are required. A matching hex driver and basic RC hand tools are sufficient. Avoid over-torquing screws and verify thread engagement when reinstalling.
