This is an RC-scale speed control heatsink intended for Kyosho Mini Inferno applications, model MIF-020/BU. It mounts over the ESC area of the Mini Inferno chassis to help control temperatures during short practice sessions and setup runs.
The heatsink is shaped for low clearance inside the 1/10 Mini Inferno layout and relies on passive dissipation. Fitting normally requires removing small body panels or brackets and using basic hobby tools such as a hex driver; check wire routing and nearby components before final tightening to avoid chafing.
Used during tuning, the heatsink can help stabilise ESC temperature under repeated throttle bursts, assisting consistent motor response and protecting sensitive electronics during short-duration work. Consider it an accessory for thermal management rather than a substitute for proper ESC configuration or chassis airflow planning.
