Alloy ESC Cooler for Kyosho Mini Inferno

This aftermarket alloy heat sink is made for the Kyosho Mini Inferno platform and serves as a compact cooling upgrade for the speed controller. The single-piece set includes the heat sink and one screw, supplied as 1 pcs set for straightforward replacement or quick on-track swaps.

Fit this part to reduce ESC operating temperature during intensive runs and longer tuning sessions. It is an RC accessory intended for the Mini Inferno chassis and focuses solely on thermal management of the electronic speed controller without changing motor or driveline mechanics.

Field installation is simple: remove the ESC cover, seat the aluminium sink against the ESC housing, and fasten with the supplied screw. Only a suitable hex driver is needed, and careful alignment avoids contact with wiring or heat-shrinked leads.

For best results use this heat sink as part of a tuning routine, pairing it with sensible airflow and correct mounting orientation to help keep ESC temperatures steady.

The heat sink is shaped to mount on the typical Mini Inferno speed controller housing, but check clearance around your specific ESC cover before installation.
A thin thermal interface can improve contact, but the part is designed to work with direct metal-to-case contact; choose paste or pads based on your ESC case material and gap.
The sink improves cooling but does not change water resistance. If you plan to run in wet conditions protect electronics as you normally would with waterproofing measures.
