Aluminum steering stop upgrade for Mini Inferno

This aluminum steering saver replaces the factory plastic steering stop on Kyosho Mini Inferno and Mini Inferno ST chassis, using a metal-to-metal mount and a ball bearing interface to cut friction and reduce play in the linkage. The blue anodized finish is mainly cosmetic and helps resist handling wear.

Fitment is intended for the Kyosho Mini Inferno series; always verify clearance with your existing servo horn and linkage before fitting. This is an aftermarket RC accessory sized for Mini Inferno steering systems and intended for model use only.

Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic servo and linkage work: remove the servo horn and linkage as required, swap the plastic saver for the aluminum unit, then reassemble with correct preload so the bearing turns freely without perceptible play. Use the correct fasteners and a controlled torque to avoid preloading the bearing.

From a setup angle this saver sharpens steering response and reduces free play without changing servo or linkage geometry. It also gives the servo a defined contact point to blunt direct impacts while the bearing keeps rotation smooth. Inspect regularly and apply a light bearing-safe lubricant when needed to maintain smooth operation.

It is designed for Kyosho Mini Inferno series chassis, including the ST variant, but double-check servo horn spacing and linkage ends on your model before installing.
Basic RC hand tools like hex drivers and a small spanner are enough. No special press or tooling is required for the swap.
Periodically clear debris, check for smooth rotation, and add a small amount of bearing-safe oil if the bearing feels gritty; avoid heavy greases that attract dirt.
