Silicone Sprint Fuel Line

The K&S KS2378 silicone sprint tube is a flexible D2.5xD6.5x300mm fuel line made for RC glow nitro models. Supplied as a single length, it is intended to run between fuel tank fittings and the engine carburetor or clunk for reliable fuel delivery in model vehicles.

Fitting is simple: push the tube onto the barbed fuel fitting, confirm the inner and outer diameters match your tank and carburetor fittings, and secure with small hose clamps or spring clips. Route the hose to avoid sharp bends, pinch points and moving suspension or drivetrain components, keep it away from excessive heat, and trim the length to prevent slack that can trap air or kink the line.

For maintenance, check the tube regularly for softening, swelling or fuel discoloration and replace if fuel flow becomes restricted. When fitting a replacement tube, ensure a snug fit at both the tank and carburetor ends and use clamps rated for model fuel lines to stop leaks while allowing easy servicing.
