6.8mm flanged pivot balls for KC10

The Kyosho CL030 pivot ball flange is supplied as a pack of four 6.8mm flanged pivot balls made for use on KC10 chassis RC cars. These components serve as direct replacements for flange-type pivot interfaces used in suspension and steering linkages.

The flange design gives a flat mounting surface for knuckles and linkages, which reduces side-to-side play compared with non-flanged versions when seated correctly. Fit replacements to restore tight articulation and preserve steering and suspension geometry after maintenance.

Installation notes: confirm the pivot ball seats correctly in your KC10 steering knuckle or linkage housing, clean mating surfaces before fitting, remove any debris that could stop the flange from seating, and verify the joint moves freely without excessive slop once installed. If multiple pivots show wear, replace the affected pieces to keep handling balanced.

Tuning role: replacing worn pivot balls can tighten up steering feedback and improve suspension response. When you make toe or camber adjustments, ensure pivot interfaces are free from binding so cornering remains predictable.

This 4pcs pivot ball flange pack is intended for KC10 setups that specify 6.8mm flanged pivot balls, and is used to renew linkage points and help maintain consistent handling on scale RC cars.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The CL030 set contains four 6.8mm flanged pivot balls intended for KC10 chassis applications.
Measure the pivot bore and inspect the knuckle seat; the flange must sit flush. Clean the seating area and trial-fit before final assembly to confirm compatibility.
You can replace a single worn item, but changing all worn pivot points at once is recommended to keep handling even across the chassis.
Basic RC hand tools such as hex drivers or small wrenches for associated fasteners are usually sufficient. Use a clean workspace to avoid contaminating the seating surfaces.
