TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 60 Type2 Body Shell Overview

This Kyosho CLB002WG decoration body set is built for RC scale cosmetic upgrades and fits chassis layouts that follow the KC10 mounting pattern. The text concentrates on fitment, mounting points, and practical trimming advice so hobbyists can plan installation accurately.

Compatibility and fitment: the shell is intended to align with KC10-style post locations and clearances. Before fitting, check body post spacing, roof accessories, antenna clearance and wheel travel. If arch or hole adjustments are needed, cut gradually and test-fit repeatedly to avoid removing too much material.

Installation notes: place the shell over the chassis and mark post positions, then use your chassis body posts and clips where possible. Trim from the inside of the shell with fine tools for neat edges. Secure the body with standard body clips or compatible aftermarket clips, and confirm that full suspension travel and steering sweep are unobstructed.

Tuning and use: this decoration set is mainly cosmetic to recreate the Land Cruiser 60 appearance at scale. Differences in airflow and mass versus a stock shell are usually minimal, so focus on clearance and firm mounting to prevent rattles or rubbing during operation.

For restorers and custom builders running KC10-based rigs, the CLB002WG Type2 decoration body is a simple cosmetic upgrade that installs with routine RC practices and introduces little tuning compromise.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Measure your chassis body post distances and compare to the shell while on the chassis. If spacing differs, mark and drill or elongate holes carefully for a snug fit.
Trim in small increments from the inside, then refit and check clearance through full suspension travel before proceeding. Use a fine file to refine edges.
If fitted correctly using the original post locations and careful arch trimming, steering and suspension travel should remain unaffected; always test travel during fitting.
Confirm the original product listing for included items; however, plan to use your chassis' existing body posts and clips or compatible aftermarket clips for the best fit.
