KC10 Balance Weights

The Kyosho CLW004 counterweight is an accessory supplied as a pair of pieces engineered to work with the KC10 chassis. It is intended purely for chassis balance tuning on 1/10 electric touring models, enabling small shifts in axle load that affect turn-in, mid-corner balance and traction without altering suspension geometry.

Fitment is confined to KC10 mounting or ballast locations that match the chassis layout, using the existing attachment points. Installation is simple: place the counterweight where the KC10 layout provides mounting and secure it with the original hardware to preserve factory alignment. No motor, ESC or gearbox modifications are needed when fitting this part.

In setup sessions the CLW004 functions as a tuning tool rather than a direct performance upgrade. Add or remove the two pieces to adjust front-to-rear bias for different track surfaces or driving styles, and confirm handling effects before changing suspension settings or tires.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are designed specifically for the KC10 chassis mounting points and will only align with KC10-style attachment locations.
Install or remove the two pieces to shift front-to-rear bias, run short test laps and observe changes to turn-in and traction before making suspension or tyre adjustments.
