This graphite battery plate is an RC-scale accessory designed for use with the Tamiya TT-02 chassis. Made from rigid graphite, it provides a stable mounting surface to secure the battery pack while keeping weight down. The finish is black to blend with typical touring car builds and to reduce visible wear.
Installation is simple for those familiar with the TT-02 layout: the plate replaces the stock battery holder and uses the chassis' existing mounting points. Do not alter mounting holes or create new attachment locations; install using the chassis intended fasteners and confirm the battery is clamped firmly without excessive movement.
As a tuning item, a graphite plate shifts how battery mass integrates with the chassis compared to plastic holders. Try small fore-aft changes to adjust front to rear balance rather than large moves. The added stiffness around the battery area can reduce local flex, which in turn changes chassis feedback and suspension feel.
