Mr. Color IJA Green Spray for RC Models

This aerosol is supplied ready to use within the Mr. Color range and is intended for scale RC and static display kits. The IJA Green tone is aimed at military-style finishes on model kits and radio-controlled vehicles at model scale.

Good surface preparation is essential for consistent results: clean and degrease parts, remove loose moulding residue, and apply a suitable primer when required before spraying. Use light, even passes to build colour rather than heavy single coats to avoid runs and pooling.

For RC modelling the spray is primarily a visual tool — it provides a base for camouflage schemes, establishes a mid-tone for subsequent weathering, and helps even out minor surface colour differences. Allow the finish to cure fully before handling, masking or applying decals to avoid lifting.

As an aerosol, always test on a scrap piece or a hidden area first to confirm adhesion and shade match with existing paints or decals. When planning multi-colour schemes, let layers dry thoroughly and mask progressively to maintain clean edges.
