The HUDY 293495 Aluminium Throttle Servo Horn is a sturdy CNC-machined upgrade for Hitec servos, built to reduce the flex of standard composite horns and sharpen throttle response in RC cars. Its rigid construction helps deliver more consistent, predictable control at the wheel.

Machined from high-grade aluminium, this horn resists wear and offers extended service life compared to plastic alternatives. The solid alloy construction holds up well under racing loads and aggressive running, maintaining reliable performance over time.

Offset Design with Flexible Link Points

The offset form features drilled and tapped M3 threads for secure linkage mounting. With two mounting holes on each side, you can alter the linkage geometry to tune throttle feel and travel to match your setup and driving style.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This horn is compatible with Hitec servos that use the 24T spline profile, so check your servo spline before fitting.
The horn uses M3 threaded holes for the linkage; use appropriate M3 screws and ensure threads are fully engaged. A small drop of thread locker can help keep screws from loosening under vibration.
Although designed for throttle, it can work for steering if the spline and horn geometry suit your layout. Confirm servo throw and horn length before swapping it into a steering application.
