For hobbyists aiming for crisper steering response, the HUDY 293493 Aluminum Servo Horn is a solid upgrade. Machined from billet aluminum to reduce flex, this horn delivers firmer linkage control and improved feedback for 1/10 and 1/8 on-road nitro cars.

Mounting and Fit Notes

The horn is drilled and tapped for 3mm linkage hardware and features two mounting holes for quick angle adjustments. It is optimised for Futaba servos and the V2 layout now supports newer Futaba models with brushless motors. Note that Savox servos are still not compatible with this part.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Will the HUDY 293493 fit my Futaba servo with a brushless motor?

Yes. The V2 configuration was updated to clear brushless motor housings on compatible Futaba servo models.

Can I use this horn on Savox servos?

No. The shape and bolt pattern do not match Savox servos, so it will not fit those units.

What hardware is required for installation?

You will need 3mm linkage rod ends and appropriate M3 screws; the horn is prepared for M3 tapped linkages for a straightforward install.
