The HUDY Pure Tungsten Weight Thin 15g is built to lower your RC car's centre of gravity and sharpen handling. Machined from pure tungsten, it offers maximum mass in a compact footprint for precise ballast placement.

Thin Profile, Big Effect

Made to sit beneath the receiver, this 15g plate is CNC machined to fit cleanly into tight chassis layouts. Its slim thickness reduces ride height impact while providing concentrated weight where it matters most.

Why Pure Tungsten Works

Pure tungsten gives a higher density than common alloys, so you get more mass in a smaller block. That lets you move weight low and central without taking up excess room or adding bulk.

Quick Fit and Clear Marking

Installation is simple using standard mounting points and hardware. Each piece is stamped with its value so you can swap and tune setups quickly at the track or at home.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Adding a compact 15g tungsten weight lowers the centre of gravity and increases mass concentrated near the chassis, which usually improves mid corner grip and stability.
The plate is designed for common receiver trays but check your chassis clearance before fitting. Its thin design helps on tighter layouts.
No special fasteners are required in most cases; standard chassis screws work. Use thread lock if you plan frequent track use.
