The handle is CNC machined from super lightweight Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and features a diamond knurl pattern for a secure grip. Its ergonomic profile reduces hand strain during long sessions while the black plastic cap can be swapped for optional colour coded caps in violet, red or blue.

Tips for the HUDY 164045 are made from HUDY Spring Steel and go through a special hardening sequence to improve wear resistance. Each tip is precision ground and shaped to nest cleanly in fasteners, helping reduce cam out and prolong both tip and screw life.
