The HUDY 107644 Limited Edition Arm Reamer is made for RC tuners who demand exact hole sizing in suspension arms. The 4.0 mm head lets you fine-tune plastic mounting holes so suspension pins move freely but without play.

Construction and handling

Built with super-lightweight CNC machined Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the handle gives a secure grip thanks to its diamond pattern surface. The tool pin is hand-ground with sharp micro scurfies to resize plastic holes gently, avoiding stress or over-sizing and keeping parts intact.

Cap swap options for tool ID

The standard black plastic cap supplied on the handle can be replaced with optional coloured caps in violet, red, or blue so you can mark or personalise the tool in your kit.

Is this reamer compatible with both touring and off road arms?

Yes. The 4.0 mm HUDY 107644 works well on many plastic suspension arms used in touring and 1/10 off road cars where a 4.0 mm pivot is required.

Do the coloured caps come included with the tool?

The reamer ships with a standard black cap. Violet, red, and blue caps are sold separately to let you colour code tools in your bench kit.

How should I maintain the reamer pin?

Keep the pin clean of plastic debris and store it dry. If the cutting edges blunt, a light professional touch-up by a toolmaker will restore performance; avoid aggressive sharpening at home.
