Replacement slipper pad for HPI Savage drivetrains

This slipper clutch pad is a direct replacement-style component for HPI Savage and Savage variant models. The pad is made from a fluorescent material to make visual checks and setup easier, and it is supplied as 1 pcs.

In use the pad sits between the slipper hub and the clutch faces to help control slip behaviour. It forms part of the slipper assembly to alter engagement feel and to aid fine tuning of nut preload and spring choices. Treat this as an RC model component and confirm compatibility with your existing slipper hub and parts before fitting.

Installation notes: remove the slipper assembly from the gearbox or clutch housing, replace the worn pad with the new unit, check seating and alignment, then reassemble and test engagement at low throttle. While replacing the pad inspect the hub faces and springs for wear.
