Savage Nitro Alloy Flywheel Overview

This aftermarket alloy flywheel is designed for HPI Savage Nitro off-road models and is supplied as model JR-CHP-SAV-007. The unit combines a precision machined aluminium disc with a matched three-block clutch shoe set to act as a direct replacement for standard flywheel and clutch assemblies on Savage nitro chassis.

Fitment and installation follow typical Savage nitro engine procedures: remove the engine flywheel nut, slide off the original flywheel and clutch assembly, transfer any spacers or keying parts, then fit the JR-CHP-SAV-007 and re-torque the nut to the engine manufacturer's recommended specification. This guidance assumes standard Savage drivetrain interfaces.
