Built from purple aluminium alloy, this lengthened centre skid plate is designed for the HPI Savage nitro off-road series and increases underbody coverage to guard the chassis from rocks, ruts and low obstacles encountered during aggressive bashing.
Provided as a drop-in replacement for the Savage centre skid area, the plate helps lower the chassis profile and deflect impacts away from critical components. It mounts to the vehicle's existing centre mounting points and is intended to work with standard Savage chassis layouts without changing driveline geometry.
As an RC-scale upgrade, this purple aluminium alloy skid plate extends protection and reduces the underbody profile to improve obstacle clearance and chassis durability for HPI Savage setups.
