40 Series tyre insert for Savage 21 and 25

The HSA-033 tyre insert is a scale accessory made for use with HPI Savage 21 and Savage 25 models. Supplied as a pair, it fits 40 Series tyres and sits between the wheel bead and tyre carcass to stabilise the tyre profile during cornering and heavy-load off-road manoeuvres.

Fitment targets Savage 21 and Savage 25 chassis running 40 Series tyres. Installation follows the common tyre-mount routine: unseat the tyre, lay the insert evenly on the rim seat, then remount and secure the tyre with glue or clips according to your wheel system. For foam or multi-density setups verify tyre seating before applying final adhesive to avoid pinching the insert.

As a tuning aid the insert preserves bead support and reduces tyre roll under lateral load, which influences traction and steering feel. Use the insert alongside tyre pressure or foam compression adjustments to refine mid-corner grip and steering balance for practice sessions or club-level runs.
