Delrin shaft collars for BJ056 service

This aftermarket set contains eight Delrin collars made for the HPI Racing BAJA BJ056 chassis and intended for RC-scale use only. Each collar functions as a spacer and locator on suspension and driveline assemblies to help keep shaft alignment and control lateral play during setup and maintenance.

Delrin offers low friction and strong wear resistance at small contact surfaces, which reduces binding between metal parts and collar faces. Use these collars when fine tuning drivetrain geometry, setting bearing preload, or swapping out worn plastic spacers during routine service intervals.

Fitting is simple: slide a collar onto the target shaft or axle to confirm fit and axial position, then secure adjacent fasteners following the chassis service manual. Since assembly tolerances vary, always check clearances with moving components before final assembly and wheel-up testing. The kit includes 8 pcs to cover multiple mounting points or spares for track-side repairs.
