These Delrin collars are an aftermarket RC-scale accessory for the HPI Racing BAJA BJ055 platform. Supplied as a set of 4pcs, the collars function as axle spacers that preserve correct wheel spacing and help limit lateral play in the BJ055 axle assembly.

Made from Delrin, the collars present a low-friction interface to nearby metal parts and are less prone to compression than softer plastics. They typically sit between bearings, hexes or gears to hold axle geometry steady during tight turns and on rough ground.

Fitting is simple for anyone comfortable with basic wheel and axle service: remove the wheel and hex, slide the collar into the needed location on the axle or hub, then reassemble and check for endplay. Use standard RC hand tools and avoid over-tightening to prevent deforming mating components.

Tuning note: adding or swapping collars alters effective axle spacing and can influence camber and toe under load.
