Adjustable steering links for Bullet 3.0

This RC front and rear adjustable tie rod set is made for HPI Bullet 3.0 MT and ST chassis and uses model BMT160A/ST. The kit pairs spring steel rod bodies with alloy end fittings and 4mm anti cross-thread connections, supplied as a 6pcs set to cover both sides and front/rear positions.

These links allow toe and steering geometry changes via length adjustment, with two extendable ranges for fitment: 73-80mm and 78-85mm. Adjustment is achieved through the threaded alloy ends, which are designed to minimise cross-threading on the 4mm connections.

Fitting is done by removing the original tie rod links, fastening the alloy ends to the steering knuckles and hub carriers as required, then setting the length to reach the desired toe or alignment. After adjustment, check for full suspension travel and ensure no binding at full lock to protect steering components.

For tuning use these tie rods to maintain a stable, serviceable steering link and to tune minor suspension toe settings; they are a linkage upgrade and do not replace servo, ESC, motor, or gearbox parts.
