This CY-08A kit from 3Racing supplies four purpose-made cushions for Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing differentials. These inserts act as internal dampers to soften shock transfer through the diff during impacts and load shifts without changing the gearbox layout.

The pack contains 4 pcs as direct replacement cushions. Fit them when rebuilding a serviced differential or during routine maintenance to restore damping where worn pads have introduced lash or whine. They are supplied as an aftermarket accessory for model-level servicing and tuning.

Installation is simple for anyone familiar with basic diff service: open the diff housing, remove any old cushions, seat the new inserts in the same positions, then reassemble while confirming smooth gear engagement. Only common hobby hand tools are needed, and care must be taken to retain correct bearing and gear alignment on reassembly.

Tuning behaviour is affected subtly by cushion compliance; swapping to firmer or softer inserts changes how impacts feed into the internal gears and alters the diff feel under acceleration and cornering.
