The Hobbywing XRotor Micro 40A ESC, model number 30901015, is built to satisfy the demands of 130-300mm FPV pilots. It uses a 32-bit ARM processor at 48MHz together with imported MOSFETs and ceramic capacitors, and runs third-generation BLHeli_32 firmware to deliver consistent performance and durable operation.
Hardware-generated PWM gives the XRotor Micro 40A a smooth throttle feel and low noise. The damped light feature supports regenerative braking for faster motor slowdown and effective freewheeling.
With BLHeli_32 you can use passthrough from a flight controller running Cleanflight or Betaflight to adjust parameters and update firmware across multiple ESCs. Built-in protections for temperature, low voltage and overcurrent help extend service life.
The adjustable LED makes status easier to see on the bench or in the air, while the beacon function triggers a motor beep when throttle is at zero for a set time to help recover a lost model.
